Aurum Mind Privacy Policy

Local-first training data

Aurum Mind is a mental math and applied mathematics training app designed to work without an account.

• Aurum Mind does not sell personal data.
• Aurum Mind does not use advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs.
• Training progress, scores, streaks, goals, spaced-review memory, and session history are stored locally on your device.
• Local training progress is not transmitted to the developer.
• Optional daily reminders are scheduled locally on the device and do not transmit training data.
• Android automatic cloud backup is disabled. A backup file is created only when you explicitly request an export.

Optional notifications

Aurum Mind requests notification permission only if you choose to enable the daily reminder in Settings. The reminder is scheduled locally, can be disabled at any time, and does not require a notification server.

Google Play Billing

Aurum Mind offers optional Aurum Pro subscriptions. Subscription checkout, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play Billing. The developer does not receive your full payment card details.

Before Aurum Pro is activated, the purchase token is sent to the Aurum Mind validation endpoint and checked against the Google Play Developer API. The token is used only to verify subscription status.

Play Integrity also sends Google an encrypted integrity token containing app, licensing, and device-integrity signals. The validation endpoint checks those signals to reduce fraud and modified-app abuse. No training answers, scores, goals, or session history are included in purchase or integrity verification.

Google Play in-app reviews

After a positive training milestone, Aurum Mind may ask Google Play to display its official in-app review interface. Aurum Mind does not learn whether you submitted a rating or comment. Any review content is processed by Google Play under Google’s terms and privacy policy.

Local storage

Aurum Mind stores training statistics locally on your device so the app can show progress and recommendations. This information is not transmitted to the developer or sold to third parties.

You can export, import, or delete local progress from Settings. Backup files are created only when you explicitly request an export.

Children and sensitive data

Aurum Mind does not knowingly collect data from children and does not request sensitive Android permissions. The optional notification permission is used only for the local reminder described above.
